Spontaneous periods: If you have spontaneous periods (meaning without medicine) then you are almost certainly ovulating; whether your ovulations are always normal is a different question. No period in 5 months you have not been ovulating (assuming you are nor pregnant.) You should see a gynecologist about this if you don't get a period this month; good wishes!
