Gastroenteritis ?: Senekot is usually considered to be pretty safe to use during pregnancy so I wouldn't necessarily think your symptoms are caused by it. You may have a (hopefully) short-term gastroenteritis/GI virus that will resolve soon. Treat symptoms with antacids for a day or two. Work on constipation with fluids/fiber/exercise.
