DependsOnWhatYouEat: What are you eating?Potato chip sandwiches laced with poi? Rice and vegetables?Pancakes with french toast and pudding? In other words,if you aren't eating enough protein or healthy fat (from nuts, fish, etc)and roughage from leafy greens, then you'll be hungry sooner than later. Also, what's your activity been?Burning more calories? Then you need to eat more.Otherwise talk this over with your doc
