I've been having cough,congestion,sore throat, body aches no fever small chills. what could this b? do i need antibiotics?

Cough: This sounds like an upper respiratory infection. Most often are viral and self limiting. Treating the multitude of symptoms is usually helpful. If persistent for more then a few days. You may need to consider other diagnoses such as sinusitis, bronchitis and pneumonia which would require prescription medicines such as antibiotics. Hope this is helpful
