See a doctor: you know that is not normal. from your profile you are depressed.i hope your are taking medication for that what struck my attention that you are 20 years old with history of hypertension, and that is odd you need to see a doctor to find out why you are hypertensive because that could explain why you are depressed. all your problem could be solved and treated. so please see a doctor. good luck
