Sounds like: Your doc was worried about a widened pulse pressure - the difference between your systolic(top #) and diastolic(bottom #) - and bradycardia(low heart rate). The widened pulse pressure can be related to valvular issues. Bradycardia in pregnancy can be seen from states with high vagal tone like if with severe nausea, but also from some form of conduction disease. Your cardiologist should be helpful
