Pvd: This could very likely be related to peripheral vascular disease or pvd. Seeing a physician could help determine if this is the case. A vascular surgeon specializes in treating these problems. I hope this helps.

Circulation reduced: Coldness in just one leg raises the question of blocked arterial circulation in that leg. Having your doctor check pulses in your feet is the place to start. If the pulses in that leg are diminished compared to the good leg, this can be evaluated by a vascular lab pressure measurement. This can be ordered by your primary care doctor or a vascular surgeon.
