Pregnancy: Women usually ovulate at mid cycle approximately day 13-14 from the start of your last period. This is when you are fertile and likely to get pregnant. That being said, ovulation can occur at any point in your cycle so it is possible to get pregnant at any time.

Very unlikely: With irregular periods it's already unlikely but still feasible as with irregular menstrual cycles ovulation timing can be variable. With regular periods it would make early cycle ovulation very uncommon. Remember, nothing is impossible though!
