NSAIDs: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which is a large class of medications including, ibuprofen, naproxen, Celebrex, (celecoxib) Voltaren, Toradol, etc., etc., are primarily metabolized by the kidney and although high doses of these medications can cause kidney damage; these drugs not generally known to cause any liver problems. The liver is more commonly affected by acetaminophen and/or narcotics.
