In the er... doctor said i have abnormal liver level which is at 50 instead of 20 i do have an inflammatory skin disease should i be worried?

Yes: The workup will involve a few more blood draws, the first perhaps after you're off alcohol and your usual meds for a few weeks. Especially, any of the three meds you're presently taking may be driving the liver enzymes up, and it would be a shame to leave you on an rx you're allergic to.
