Pica: Pica is eating non-food items. Commonly this includes ice, soil, clay, chalk, etc. However, sharp objects are dangerous in that they can poke a painful hole in intestinal lining & cause bleeding which can present as black stool. Best to go see your family doc immediately for evaluation. Go to hospital er if feeling lightheaded, faint, dizzy, about to pass out, etc or if abdominal pain increasing.
