A doctor has provided 1 answer

IgM: IgM is the first immune response to an infection. This along with your symptom of pain with urination sounds like you have genital herpes. See your doctor to discuss prophylaxis and start treatment of this out break. Primary ( first) outbreaks can be severe enough that they cause urinary retention and necessitate hospitalization and a urinary catheter. There are good treatments to prevent this.
