See a doctor: Unexplained abdominal pain ishould always lead to medical evaluation. See a doctor ASAP. However, it probably has nothing to do with Ureaplasma urealyticum or parvum, which are normal bacteria in the genital tract and not known to cause symptoms or disease in women. However, if you are at risk for STD, maybe your pain is pelvic inflammatory disease (Fallopian tube infection), which can be serious.
