See below: Get seen asap in an er. Sounds like your child is having a severe side effect of the medicine called tardive dyskinesia and will need meds to reverse this.

Call your doctor:: Stop the medication and call your doctor. Uncontrollable movements of your eyes is a side effect of the medication. It may be dose related.

Oculo-gyric crisis : Was the old term for dystonic reactions to neuroleptic medications characterized by intermittent spasmodic or sustained involuntary contractions of eye muscles. If your child is swallowing well, you can give 25 mg. Of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) on the way to the er. It can occur after a few days on a "safe" dose of neuroleptic. It can cause airway problems if muscles of the face, neck &/or torso are involved.
