Get help: Find a speech & language therapist who can help you create a way for the kid to communicate. It is amazing how much better these kids feel & function when they can express their needs and get them met. You may need to consult with a therapist /family counselor to learn some skills to deal with the frustration. These kids certainly don't come with a users manual.
