If there a test that checks just the blood pressure inside the veins (not arteries) of the lower legs?

Not available: It is difficult to measure the pressure in veins . this is done in research but not with test available in most doctors offices. A Venous Doppler Ultrasound can measure blood flow in veins but doesn't directly measure pressure.
