It's possible.: Your symptoms, esp. the extremity numbness, could be due to vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is absorbed primarily in the last portion of the small intestine, which is commonly affected by Crohn's. It is a simple blood test to check B12 levels. Since chronic deficiency can cause irreversible problems, you should get checked out immediately, and have B12 replacement if needed. Don't delay!
