Avoid Rx Vit D; B12?: Rx vitamin D is nearly always D2, not D3: often drives D3 down, not up; have seen this response many years. OTC 50,000 Vit D3, once weekly, is typically far superior. B12: look up "vitamin b12 sources & bioavailability" on Google. B12 is usually easy to bring up with with supplements, even with absorption problems & these can vary widely.
