It depends.: This depends on if you really got your period or if it was just light discharge. Now you did change your birth control and so it can definitely explain your change in period. If you didn't have intercourse after that time you mentioned, and certainly not around the time of ovulation, you are highly unlikely to be pregnant but if you're still unsure, see your doctor for an exam and test there.

If you have any concern, get a blood test for HCG level. If it is negative at more three weeks after the episode of sex in question, you are not pregnant.
