No,,: If you've had your period, even if it was late you're not pregnant. The swelling of the nipples could be from hormone fluctuations and should go back/not get worse. You've had many tests come back neg after your period also so it likely confirms it. Unlikely pregnancy: It sounds like you are not pregnant. In your last cycle you may have not ovulated, causing the late period. We call these anovulatory cycles. If you are attempting pregnancy and this situation persists, you may benefit from clomid, (clomiphene) a pill to help you ovulate. If you are not attempting pregnancy, and this situation persists, you might benefit from oral contraceptives to regulate your periods.
