Avoid milk products: First take milk products out of your diet including cheese and chocolate. Soy and almond milk are fine. Consider the low Fodmap diet. If not better in a few weeks consider testing for celiac and thyroid disease, parasites, and other causes like bacterial overgrowth syndrome.
