Back contusion: A negative xray and scan (was is a ct scan) can confidently exclude a fracture. You most likely have a contusion of the muscles adjacent to your spine. Your stomach may be bloated if you are taking pain medicine for your back. This can cause constipation. If the back pain persists or the pain radiates to your legs you may need an mri. Please follow up with your doctor.
