M.D. visit: Severe chest pain must be evaluated. The asthma flare up should be managed with steroids and your plan should now include your LABA/Inhaled steroids eg Advair. Reviewing your inhaler technique, triggers and avoidance, checking your total IgE and reviewing your eligibility for Xolair can be performed during your follow up visit. You may need a chest radiograph, a virtual appt can be made once seen
