In my xray report finding lumbar curature is straightened due to muscular spasm, what does it mean and what about its treatment plz guide me?

Usually temporary: The lumbar spine usually has a lordotic curvature. When the curve disappears it is straightened. Sometimes muscle spasm from trauma can cause straightening of spine. With physical therapy an alleviation of spasm or with muscle relaxants sometimes curvature returns.
