My 21 month old hit head she fell while strapped in her booster seat her chair tipped over and fell back...pretty sure she hit her head?

See below: If see a large bruise of bump, especially over the back or side of head, child has vomiting, or lost consciousness, is inconsolable of unresponsive ( lethargic), is wobbly on feet, has clear drainage from nose or ears, or just doesn't look right to you, - get seen asap.
