Falling: Assuming you have no physical disabilities, The best way to prevent falling is to make sure you are in good physical condition, especially core strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. These are things you can learn by working with physical therapists or personal trainers. You can also learn how to fall without injury. (I teach this in the martial arts school I belong to. I am 70 yrs old).
