Running on empty: Hard to keep running when you feel out of gas. How's your sleep? How rested do you feel in the morning? When do you start feeling pooped? How's your diet? These are a few of the things to talk with your doc about. Check anemia, thyroid too.

Medical check up: It is not possible to provide and opinion without examining you and may be doing some lab tests. You may be anemic, have some dietary deficiency, chronic infection or most likely depression. You should consult a doctor for a proper evaluation.

Depends on disease: I'm not sure if you have a particular disease in mind, but in general eating healthy foods, exercising, not smoking, and getting recommended vaccines and screening tests work the best. Multiple Ways: Get your eyes checked-you may need corrective lenses. Address ergonomic issues leading to neck strain such as the monitor being too high or low, chair being too high or low, etc. Do some eye-resting activities such as getting up and walking around or looking off into the distance and focusing there instead of your deskwork. Avoid caffeine as this can also lead to headaches, especially when quiting.

Same prevention as: For regular flu. Wash hands often, do not touch face, nose eyes, if in contact with objects touched by someone with symptoms, get vaccination. Swine flu is not endemic at this time so do not worry about it.
