Shell fish allergy : Do not treat your allergy carelessly. If you want to test it then go to a qualified allergist. Take your shrimp along (no touching of course) and you are the doctor can have lunch. If you react you will need epinephrine, oxygen, and then Benedryl to recover. If you don't react you and your doctor enjoyed lunch. Some doctors may not want you to try due to the risk. Get an epipen too.
