Well depends: Do you really mean ABDOMINAL pain and cramps or are you really referring to PELVIC cramps. The pelvis and its organs are below the abdomen. If your cramps were definitely higher way in the abdomen then, being off DEPO shouldn't have any effect. If they are PELVIC cramps then, maybe. See your OB
