Need a good exam: You'll need a very thorough workup from a medical perspective. You could have an infection of sorts or there could be other issues that need to be looked at by a specialist. If you have fevers or aren't able to hold anything down today or have another one of those spells then, I think your best bet is to travel to an ER to be seen. Otherwise, make an appointment as as possible with your doctor.

See your doctor: You should see your primary care provider ASAP for a more complete evaluation. You'll be just fine, but need to get to the bottom of this. It could represent a serious infection among other things. Hope this helps!

Infection: This sounds like a sign of an infection and the face that your arms and legs ache could be post shivering muscle soreness or a sign of a viral infection which tend to make the muscles achy. Take it easy and if you are not better see an MD for an evaluation and some blood work.
