Day after may last cardio workout (4 months regular not beginer) suddenly my muscles legs,arms much more feel very weak,not sore. should i be worried?

Possible: dehydration: I suggest flooding your body with 8-10 glasses of electrolyte rich fluids like Powerade, G, Vitamin water etc. PLUS consume liquid protein such as Boost, broth, or soups . If no relief within 48 hrs. see a physician for blood testing.
