Shoulder click: If it doesn't hurt i wouldn't be concerned. If it does i would consider lifting with a personal trainer. They may show you better positions to lift within. Physical therapy can help as well. They can show you stabilization excercises particularly to position the shoulder blade in better positions bio mechanically. You may have a structural injury that leads to clicking. Start with your pcp.
