Obgyn visit: When you are really young it can take a few years for your brain to coordinate the hormonal production with your ovaries. This can be perfectly normal. In other cases it may indicate another hormone problem. Schedule a visit. The doctor will assess other aspects of puberty development such as height, breast and pubic hair patterns. Then testing can be done if needed
