Hmm.: It's hard to understand your question..... I'm not sure what "twist and hands" means. However, if you're having vaginal/perineal itching and swollen glands, you should go get checked (have an exam). Your doctor or planned parenthood can tell you what is going on with a face-to-face visit and an exam. Good luck.
