Proctitis? Colitis?: This suggests some sort of inflammation of the rectum (proctitis) and/or lower colon (colitis). It could be localized inflammatory bowel disease, i.e. ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease; an STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes) if at risk, especially if you have anal sex; or other infections.
