Wrong approach: What do you mean by "guarantee"? If you have psoriasis this badly, you need to be under the care of a competent dermatologist. I appreciate the spirit of a good do-it-yourself-er, but tanning is dangerous and unhealthy in the first place, showering is worthless for psoriasis, and you need this lifetime problem managed with today's scientific medicine. It's available. Get real help.
