Tanning beds : Tanning bed are generally not recommended for psoriasis as the uva light alone is only moderately helpful and will increase skin cancer risk.

Yes.: In moderation, but sunlight has long been known to benefit psoriasis. But don't get burned, it can worsen psoriasis. Also, cumulative uv exposure is carcinogenic. Moderation is key!
