Check with derm: Accutane may cause blushing which usually resolves after treatment. People speculate that Accutane increases vascularity if the skin like. increased redness in the skin while on Accutane can also be due to sun burn (as the skin is more sensitive) and dryness. You should follow-up with your dermatologist to see if there is something else like rosacea occurring.
