Is it normal for eye discharge to stink after taking an antibiotic eye drop? many eye infections before but first to have a foul odor.

Foul order : Eye discharge with a foul order generally indicates a bacterial infection. The bacteria may be resistant to the antibiotic that you are currently using. I suggest seeing your ophthalmologist for a culture and sensitivity of the discharge.
