Post nasal drip: The quick answer is no, but i think you have eye and nasal allergies, not infection and the nasal allergies can cause a drip. An allergist will help.

Possible: It is possible as the secretions from eye drain into the nose through a duct called nano lacrimal duct. Always check with your doctor for any specific issues.
