can a 24 h.ph study and esophageal manometry ph probe,be done wireless with capsule instead of having to have a tube placed down your nose for 24 h?

Sorry but no : Unfortunately the capsule can only be used to take pictures right now (endoscopy) ... The pH probe measures various parameters completely differently. Wish I had a better answer for you ... Hope that helps!

No Without fixation: at the nose, there is no way to keep the sensors in defined positions. Esophagus muscles, under autonomic control; are recurrently sweeping esophageal contents downward, except when we regurgitate.
