No risk at all: Nobody ever catches HIV from blood or body fluids in the environment. Don't worry about it. The virus dies quickly when outside the body, especially when fluids dry out. And even with wet fluids, not enough virus can reach susceptible cells deep inside the body. You will never be at risk for HIV except by unprotected vaginal or anal sex, or sharing drug injection equipment with other people.
