Probably not: Most urine pregnancy tests have become fairly reliable but errors can occur. A blood betaHCG test is better if you are very concerned and really need to know. A delayed or a missed period may be due to a variety of changes in your hormones (hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian) which are transient and require no immediate investigation unless you are trying to get pregnant, do not want to or they recur
