Fever: Mothers are very accurate in determining if their babies have fever or not, just not able to judge how high, according to studies done. Time to take the baby to the pediatrician, after hours urgent care, or if very young, and not acting normally, ER. You can also call your pediatrician. Most in the US have an answering service to relay calls to the doctor on call overnight.
