Not really: Fact # 1, about 15-25 % of all adults are lactose intolerant.More so in some ethnic groups than others.They grow up, have babies & breast feed them. Fact #2, you don't need to consume dairy to breast feed. Our cow friends prove this well. As long as you have a well balanced diet including a source of calcium you will do fine. Your question is a reasonable one, but I wouldn't lose any sleep over it
