Increase fiber/water: It sounds like you may need to increase your dietary fiber. Try food sources - veggies, beans, grains first. Can add fiber supplements if needed. Increase water intake and exercise as well. If no improvement, then consider trying Miralax (polyethylene glycol). See Dr if signifiant abdominal pain or worsening constipation. Take Care!
