Unknown: I don't know the answer to your question, but the effect of high dose testosterone on a keloid should be the least of your worries. I would be a lot more concerned about what it is doing to your heart, liver, blood counts, risk of blood clots, etc. I will never understand why a young male would risk having severe long term complications to achieve a short term goal of having larger muscles.
