This sounds like it: Could be an irritation of your urethra(the tube that goes from your bladder to the outside).That can be from sex, masturbation,tight clothing,sitting in wet bathing suit or a urinary tract infection(unlikely to last several months). Please see your doctor to be examined & get a urine test. Mean while drink plenty of fluids & soak in a warm tub.
