Diet: I would say the biggest thing is to be mindful of your diet and be very careful of how much sugar and carbohydrates you are taking in on a daily basis. This and implementing a more healthy diet in general with more vegetables and lean proteins and more exercise will help keep pre-diabetes from becoming full blown diabetes. Pre-diabetes is close to being classified as full diabetes but not quite!
