An ovarian cyst : Certain types of ovarian cysts can b associated with fertility problems but functional cysts r necessary for fertility. The egg develops in a follicle cyst which ruptures at ovulation releasing the mature egg.Then a 2nd type of cyst develops called a corpus luteum which produces the progesterone that gets the uterine lining ready for implantation.Headaches may be due to stress but not due to cysts
